Special features: coloured glass

Under special features I´ll begin posting a series of styles, textures, rooms and objects that define our dream home. Hopefully one day we´ll be able to apply them.
One thing we´ve always loved is to have at least one vitreaux in our house, in a window, roof or door. They´re quite common in the architecture of most old houses here in Buenos Aires.

Makes my day

My sweet husband got me these gorgeous peonies which are quite rare here. This is the first time I´ve seen them here in B.A. and I love, love them! I´ve so enjoyed having them this week, hope we can find them again some time.

Psalms 33

e put our hope in the Lord.
He is our help and our shield.

We put this verse on our wedding invitation, and I have it hanging in my kitchen. This has been a big part of our relationship from the very beginning, and has sustained us through hardships. It remains true today, as it has been in the past years. God alone remains unchangeable. I know this will continue to be so for the rest of our lives.
